4.1 Final project (Stage 1)

4.1.1 Work in groups of 3 or 4 people.


4.1.2 Choose one of the options as follows:
Option 1: choose a Colombian company exporting any product to the United States or Canada.
Option 2: choose an international company (English speaking country) which had introduced a product or a service to Colombia.
4.1.3 After having chosen the company, send an email to your tutor and classmates telling them the name of the company you will be working in. You cannot work with another team’s company.

Receptionist: thanks!!
Human resources manager: Gehovell first tell me what is your job position?
Receptionist: I am receptionist in HUDSON DESIGN.
Human resources manager:  Well, What are your tasks?
Receptionist: I have to receive visitors, answer phone calls, and book meeting rooms
Human resources manager:  okay, do you have a break in hour of work?
Receptionist: Yes, I usually have a braking time 15 minutes in the morning, but sometimes I don’t take it, because there is much work
Human resources manager: ohh that's terrible not take Breaking time. Which are exactly your working hours?
Receptionist: My working hours are Monday to Friday but sometimes I have to work on Saturday.

Receptionist: Not completely happy, because I'm always very busy, and work is tiring and stressful, I desire more help with the task and i think the company should have a free day-care for the employees who have kids.

I love the movies. I love watching Asian Indian movies preferably best referred to as Bollywood. We also like the films with a Christian lessons and and spiritual messages. I share this passion with my boyfriend.

      Hello Myriam, I thank you answer a question in order to try to improve our Company.  First, please tell me what your job within our Company?
       MYRIAM: I’m Graphic designer
      And what do you do in your job each day?
       MYRIAM. I meet with clients to discuss what they want, I always look for them to be satisfied; I        produce new ideas for       clients and I help the to improve their website
      what is your work hours?
       MYRIAM: not fixed times, but always very long hours, this is very tiring
      and I want to know how often you breaks?

of course the ceos need days off & share special days with her family for that this helps that will reduce stress levels faced day by day.

Probably we have the image from the ceos are more rigid and formal, plus they are very distant with regular workers, but in the case of the CEOs that shows us on article is a person very warm and very human.

The company is Based in Moscow and has offices in 29 countries. The CEO spends 50 % of his time in Moscow, But the other 50% his travels.

No, he don’t work 24/7. Although that sometimes during business trips he sleeps little, but in his normal routine in the Moscow office he goes to gym with her personal trainer, to relax.
